Suggested Use:

 
Introduce gradually over a two week period to a concentrated dose of two to three teaspoons spread throughout the day. Mix with water or diluted juice. After 30 - 60 days it may be possible to reduce intake to 1/2 the concentrated dose as stated above.

    I took Recovery Freedom to Move Formula for five days. After the third night it start giving me cramps, it only start giving me cramps at night. It got so bad I had to stop taking them. It was the pill I was taking. I would like to get my money back. 38.39 plus tax. And send back the vitiams.
