To make a deliciously satisfying drink, add 2 level scoops (61 g) of WellBetX mix to 350 mL – 500 mL of water and stir briskly, or mix in blender. For higher calories and a creamier texture, use skim milk instead of water. Drink immediately after mixing, as it thickens quickly. When first taking WellBetX begin with 1 scoop (30.5 g) in 175 mL - 350 mL of water and gradually increase to 2 scoops (61 g) as directed above. Keep out of the reach of children.
