100% natural source vitamin E is a key nutrient for heart health, immune support and nerve and muscle function. The dry form is a pure and potent form of natural vitamin E. Vitamin E succinate is created by adding succonic acid to pure vitamin E resulting in a dry form which many health care practitioners feel can be quickly absorbed by the body. This is the preferable form for those with liver and gallbladder problems or for those who have had their gallbladder removed.
As a powerful antioxidant, vitamin E is an essential ally against pollution, aging, toxins and other causes of free radical damage. This dry form of vitamin E is popular with those who wish to avoid oil-based products for any reason.
Vitamin E (d-alpha tocopherol) is a fat-soluble vitamin and a powerful antioxidant, protecting cell membranes from pollution, toxins and free radicals. Vitamin E is the major antioxidant in lipid body tissues and the primary defense against lipid peroxidation, particularly in tissues that contain high levels of polyunsaturated fatty acids, such as the brain and central nervous system. As an antioxidant, vitamin E may help protect against cardiovascular disease, some cancers, cataracts, premature aging and other chronic degenerative diseases. It also protects other vitamins (such as vitamins A and C) from oxidation.
D-alpha tocopheryl acetate, an ester of alpha tocopherol, is a very stable form of vitamin E and is equally effective in humans.
