Ingredients

Each capsule contains:
SensorilTM ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) extract........... 125 mg
(roots and leaves) (standardized to 8% withanolides)
Siberian ginseng (Eleutherococcus senticosus) extract (root)...... 75 mg
(standardized to 0.8% eleutherosides)
Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) 5:1 extract (aerial)............... 75 mg
Rhodiola extract (Rhodiola rosea) (root)................................. 37.5 mg
(standardized to 3.5% rosavins)

Dosage

1-2 capsules, 2 times daily or as directed by a health care practitioner. Keep out of the reach of children.

Contraindications

  • Although each ingredient is very safe and this formula can be taken long-term, it is advisable for those with major depression and mood/anxiety disorders to work closely with their health care practitioner.
  • Drug interactions: none known at this time.

    Rhodiola may have an additive effect with other stimulants, so it is not recommended for use by persons with bipolar disorder who are vulnerable to manic episodes when given stimulants.
  • Due to the mildly stimulating effect of rhodiola, do not take the Serenity Formula just before bedtime.
