RECOMMENDED DOSE(S):

Saw Palmetto Plus®
Adult males: Take 1 capsule once daily with a meal. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. 

Flax-O-Mega®
Adults: Take 1 to 3 capsules 3 times daily, preferably with meals.

Pro•Essence®
Adults: Take 2 capsules twice daily, once in early morning and once in the late afternoon, on an empty stomach with a glass of warm water. Drink at least 4–6 glasses of water daily while taking this product.

Zinc supplementation can cause a copper deficiency. Consult a health care practitioner if you are unsure whether you are taking adequate copper.

Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you have a kidney disorder or if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family.
Hypersensitivity/allergy is known to occur; in which case, discontinue use.
