SeMet is selenium, found in such plants as broccoli and garlic when grown in exceedingly rich soil. Selenium is an antioxidant for the maintenance of good health.

Non-medicinal ingredients:  microcrystalline cellulose. Capsule: hypromellose, water.

Do not exceed these limits from diet and supplements combined.
