Discussion: Dipeptidyl peptidase IV (DPP IV) is an enzyme activity required to break down the peptide sequences linked to the exacerbation of conditions such as Inflammatory Bowel Disease (Crohn's disease; ulcerative colitis) and celiac disease. DPP ZymeTM is a proprietary formulation of proteases providing a standardized DPP IV activity.
