Shipping Options for OTC/Non-Prescription Customers:

Shipping Option 1:

Regular Shipping: 1 – 3 weeks (business days)

$10 USD

  • If your order total is over $99, you will instantly receive FREE Regular Shipping!
  • No tracking available
  • Coverage for loss or damage up to $100.00
  • Orders over 1 kg cannot be shipped via Regular Post and will need to be upgraded to Expedited (with additional charges). 

Shipping Option 2:

Expedited Shipping: 4 – 10 business days

$15 USD

  • Tracking available
  • Coverage for loss or damage up to $100
  • Saturday delivery
  • Orders over 1 kg will be charged the actual shipping cost.

Shipping Option 3:

Xpress Shipping: 3 – 5 business days

$25 USD

  • Tracking available
  • Coverage for loss or damage up to $100
  • Saturday delivery
  • Orders over 1 kg will be charged the actual shipping cost.

 

Shipping Options for Rx/Prescription Customers:

Send us your prescription/ID form as soon as you have placed your order to avoid delay.

Items on average take 3 - 7 business days for processing before shipment. Please make sure you send us your prescription/ID form when you order prescription items(s) to prevent any delays. For prescription orders, by law, we have to have a Canadian doctor review your prescription before processing your order.
