Rx Policies

 Policies for Rx/Prescription Medication

Please note that Rx/Prescription orders on average take 3 – 5 business days for processing.

* If it is your first time ordering an Rx/Prescription with us, please remember to email or fax us a copy of your prescription and a copy of your picture identification to us.

  1. We require a copy of the prescription before we are able to process and ship the order. The prescription must be written by either a medical doctor or nurse practitioner licensed in the U.S.

          You have three options for providing us with the prescription:

                 i.      Fax the prescription using our toll-free fax number:

                 ii.     Scan the prescription and send it to us by email:

                 iii.    Have your doctor’s office phone or fax us the prescription:

  1. We also require a copy of your picture identification – required for your first order only.
  2. Prescriptions are legally valid for only one year after the date they are written by your doctor. Any refills remaining are void after one year.
  3. We are not able to process prescriptions for narcotics or other controlled substances such as benzodiazapines to the US.
  4. We are only able to ship prescription medications to the U.S. and Canada
  5. We are not able to direct bill U.S. insurance companies.
  6. According to Canadian law, we are not able to accept medications for return and redistribution.


*Note: Cancellation and payment policies are the same as for OTC orders (Cancellation of an order is only possible if a valid prescription is not provided, a cancellation fee will then apply to any refund issued). Once a medication has been shipped, we are not able to cancel or refund the order (in whole or part).
